Art Exhibition: ‘Dreamscape’ Brings a Diverse Spectrum of Art, Jhansi to Delhi
Manikarnika Art Gallery’s national group exhibition brings together 33 artists from across India at AIFACS
New Delhi: Manikarnika Art Gallery, Jhansi, is presenting ‘Dreamscape’, a national group art exhibition at the AIFACS Art Gallery, New Delhi, from September 11 to 17, 2026. Bringing together 33 artists from different cities and artistic backgrounds, the exhibition offers a diverse view of contemporary Indian art and creative expression.

The exhibition centres on the idea that art is not merely an arrangement of colours and forms, but a reflection of an artist’s thoughts, emotions, experiences and imagination. The participating artists have interpreted the theme through individual artistic approaches, encompassing figurative, abstract and experimental works.

The artworks explore diverse subjects including nature, human relationships, emotions, social concerns and personal experiences. Some works draw attention through vibrant colours and dynamic compositions, while others communicate through simplicity, abstraction and subtle emotional expression.
A significant aspect of ‘Dreamscape’ is its role as a platform for artists, particularly emerging practitioners, to present their work before a wider audience. The exhibition also creates a dialogue between artists and viewers, encouraging audiences to look beyond the surface of an artwork and engage with the ideas and emotions behind it.
For Manikarnika Art Gallery, bringing an exhibition from Jhansi to the national capital represents another step in connecting regional artistic voices with the wider Indian art community. The initiative also highlights the cultural richness of Bundelkhand and the importance of creating platforms where artists from different regions can come together.
