FACE India International organized a curtain raiser program for “FACE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN LEADERSHIP SUMMIT & AWARDS 2017” on 29th March 2017 in India’s first art society at AIFACS (All India Fine Arts and Crafts Society) New Delhi.
Curtain raiser was inaugurated by Padambushan Sri Ram V Sutar, the sculpture of the biggest statue of the World and Paramjeet Singh, Chairman AIFACS and a great line-up of senior artists, educationists, critics, social workers, leadership scholars from around the World also organized a forum to discuss “Women leadership position in visual arts” and raise the curtain to find how it works for you and how you can make it work for you.
FACE India International is a registered non-profit organization and trust since 2007. FACE intends to Spread awareness in the society about art, culture, education, save girl child, women empowerment, environment and other social causes. FACE International Women leadership summit & awards 2017 is a project to promote women education, gender equality and empowerment.
The contributions of Women in decision-making positions are no longer discussed in terms of equality, but in terms of effectiveness and value adding results. This is the reason why this artist forum is organized where Padambushan Sri Ram V Sutar, Paramjeet Singh, V. S Kardam, Vijay Singh, Robinson, Ragini Sinha, Alka Bhurshundi, Monika Angrish, Shubra Chand, Jasleen Kour, Dr. Shusma Yadav,Deepti, Poonam, Sonali, Galaxy, K C Das, Mukesh Tank, Ajay Yadav, AgrawalJ PSingh, Ragroop Ranjeet Singh, Nishit Jain, Siarah, Panya, Kanha, and Asia Pacific Leadership Program fellows from EWC Hawai’I USA ( Thao Vietnam, Maia Philippines, Yng China, Jerami from Philippines and Mrinal India).
Director of the program Viren Lotus (Virender Kumar) said every women has the potential to lead, some women get exposure and some don’t. FACE foundation provides a platform for women leadership development program by showcasing Women’s strength. We begin our first activity before raising the curtain with a forum on the position of women leadership in visual art.
FACE India International has the vision that one day all women and girl child in this nation will have the opportunity to attain an excellent education to lead India in achieving empowerment balancing and lead the nation and a WE3, Women education, Women equality and Women empowerment.
Other details of the main event will be announce when second step of the event will come when Padambushan Sri Ram V Sutar, the sculpture of the biggest statue of the World will give a trophy for the Awards and Summit and Siarah from Parevartan school also asked 14 question related to women and presented handmade photo frames by her.
